I made my fourth trip back to a Bronx Clad Farm yesterday. This 8 acre park has produced 474 coins, so far. That total includes 44 Wheat Pennies, 2 Silver Dimes, a Sterling Ring, and with the 3 Buffalo Nickels I recovered yesterday, I now have 5 toasted Buffalos from this location.
Yesterday's hunt gave up a piece of Copper that at first had me thinking,, "Belt Plate"
That is very possible, since this property once belonged to the family of a Civil War General.
There are a few wooded areas that I still want to check but they are overgrown with weeds and brush. I guess I'll wait for Mother Nature to do her magic.

That park has been very good to you. I'm sure it's not done giving up treasures either, Congrats!!

Gotta love pulling a herd of Buffalo's Kevin. Bet you pull more after Mother nature get's the undergrowth out of the way.

Wow, just look at all those coins! Congrats. -Lisa & John

Overgrown with weeds and brush? Time to buy a brush hog and help the city!! Where is your patriotic spirit? Nice bunch of coins. Hope you can get to those other sections and find pristine hunting. Good luck.

Congrats on the herd, keep digging your doing great!

Eight acres is a lot to cover, bet there is more to find! GL & HH

I keep the toasted buffalo's in a tube. The silver and uncommon tokens and medallions go into coin folders and then into a loose leaf book. Don't know exactly how many files I have but I know there are a lot of them. lol,
As each year passes, I start a new one.
Thanks

WATCH FOR THE 3 LEGGED BUFFALO FOR THEY ARE RARE , ITS EITHER THE FRONT LEG OR BACK IS MISSING CANT REMEBER , NICE FINDS ...

doing some dirt moving aren't you. wtg on the ring and the herd. I imagine it is kind of hard to find allot of places to go in that area isn't it?

3 Buffalo's in one hunt is quite a feat- Congrats!!
