If you own any of the Tesoro Md. Which one is your favorite?

That sir, is a VERY hard question to answer! I have three, Compadre, Lobo SuperTRAQ, and the Sand Shark. I look at them like clubs in a golf bag: a putter, a chipper and a driver. They are used in different situations, for different reasons. If I HAD to choose just one, I would go with my trusty Lobo SuperTRAQ - BUT... then I would miss the saltwater.. If I HAD to choose just one, I would go with the Sand Shark - BUT... then I would be digging it all in the tot lot... :laughing9:

I only own one. The Tejon. It's an awesome relic machine if you run it in all-metal (which is a true-all metal). Regardless of how small or deep, it will find it.

I agree with Terry Solomon. You can't have just one. I use a Tiger Shark for water, Conquistador for seeded hunts, tot lots etc., an Eldorado where I need manual ground balance and either a DeLeon or Cortes when a display is desired. I've done well with all of them and they're all fun to swing. With the exception of the Tiger, they all can use the same line up of coils, a definite advantage. Of course their capabilities overlap somewhat, but their strong suits influence which one I pick up for a particular type of hunting. If you might wonder, I'm a believer in if one of something is worth having, two or more is even better. LOL

Compadre for tot lots and beach access paths. Vaquero for dirt, and dry sand. Also, Vaquero for beach MD contests and fun hunts. I love these two machines and it would be hard to justify buying "More machine." If I ever do decide I need more machine Tesoro is at the top of that list.

Yikes! Thats a tough one.

My top choice was the Compadre as it is so much fun to use.

I just got a Golden uMax and am having a lot of fun with it too and digging less trash.

Then theres the Sand Shark at the beach.

Oh, and I haven't tried to Tejon or the Vaquero yet either.

I guess my favorite is the the Sand Tejpadrequero uMax!! ;D
