Which Probe?

I am looking at buying a new pinpointer/probe to use with my DFX.
I originally had a hand held pinpointer (I used it for just about every hole) that just this week ceased to work.
I was looking at maybe a VibraProbe 570 or a SunRay Invader DX-1.
Any thoughts/pros/cons on either?
I realize the SunRay costs about $50 more.

Did you have the Bullseye II? If so what happened to make it not work?

Do a google search for Whites Authorized service centers and send it in to them and they will send you a new one.

I have a sunray and the 570. I like both. The Sunray is a great piece of equipment.

No I didn't have a Bullseye II it was one that came with another detector I bought.
So you are saying you like them both about the same?
Do you know if you can order direct from SunRay or do you have to find a dealer?

I had previously been to Sunray and couldn't find anywhere to purchase them, but I see your other link has them for $10 cheaper.

I'm using the Sunray on an MXT and I really, really like it. It has two advantages over a separate handheld pinpointer. 1. It displays the same information on the screen as your coil, and 2. it's always with the machine when you head out so you can't forget it or leave it behind in the field for that matter. Worth every penny IMHO.

Do they make a probe for the Minelab GPX 4000? I think coiltek has them. Has anybody used them on the 4000?

i use an automax v4 probe
it works pretty well.
