Yep,a novelty piece. I have a couple. They come on a card as stated above. Bill Clinton Now that's funny!!

I remember when they made those things. I think they even advertised them on TV. Like it was mentioned earlier it came with something that told about the similarities between Kennedy and Lincoln.

And one imaginative person put a similar face of Lincoln looking at Kennedy on a Half.
