Go to a military surplus store such as ranger joes . com and look for field jacket liners, parka liners, or poncho liners. Cant be too expensive.
Keeps me a happy camper.

I thought at first it was a toilet seat cover.....

But anyhow......a guy at work had bought some type of undergarments that kind of looked like pantyhose, and he swore by them. We worked in all that sub-zero windchill stuff and he was quite comfortable. Bought it at Wally world in their sporting good dept. I can't remember the name of the stuff they were made of, but they let you perspire without the water staying next to your body but kept the heat in. Something that was designed for the military and now publicly sold...and not very expensive.

I believe under armor is what you seek Jeff.
http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/mens/apparel/underwear-and-socks/ua-base

My kids use it for track and field and cross country running in the fall. Some races were in the teens but they would wear this stuff and feel perfectly warm even before the race. I bought it at Wally World for like $30 each piece. Not that you'll be needing it anytime soon but come next fall.

I am the same way, and I don't take blood pressure meds. It drives my wife nuts. I'm sitting there shivering while eating my subway sandwich!

It wasn't like this 15 years ago.

Could it be......

Nah.
