I don't worry about when it will hit eighteen dollars. It's a great time to have it in your possession and buy a little bit more. It will go higher than eighteen dollars an ounce and I'm not going to sit around speculating how high it will go.

It would be a better idea to speculate how low a dollar will go if you don't dump it first. It will go lower and I'm not going to get caught holding the dollar. I'll take silver over the dollar any day of the year.

The problem with the authorities is that up till now they've been pretty much looking the other way. Ted Butler has been trying to get them to confront the issue and so far to no avail.
