Wine bottle or flower vase

Picked us up today at A thrift store can't find any seams and the bottle surface seems to have some paint splattered on it if anybody could give me information on the bottle maybe it's age and maybe a name that they call it would be greatly appreciated thank you very much

that really small hole makes me think it is missing a stopper
