We have robins that show up in January or February. They come and eat all the berries off our winterberry bushes. Guess they do that when the ground is too frozen in the woods to dig for worms.

They were back this pm. The ground in the sunlit area isn't really frozen well. Also saw two bald eagles today.

Last time out hunting,, we saw a variety of birds.
Owls, being chased by Blue Jays and there were a few Robins following me around. They do check the areas that were dug, looking for worms. They will winter over if there is enough food.
