Well, just felt like I had to go to the beach today. Don't know why. So I went, had fun. Met up with two other MDers there and chatted for a while. Was very low tide, so was working out pretty far from the dry sand.

Was only there for about 90 minutes, scored pretty well for my lead sinker collection.

Of course, had to find some more hoop earrings that are just perfect for the beach.

Found this Chanel earring, doing some research on it now.

Found a silver ring

and interestingly enough, a 1948 nickel, freshly dropped.

Hope the Chanel is real Jack! Any markings? I remember Flagler Bch from the 70's. I'm sure it's changed. ;D

Nice fines. Years ago I used to take my girls camping at Beverly Beach, a little north of Flagler. I think it was called "Camptown" Is it still there.

Still there. The owner of that land is sitting on a fortune. Better part of a 1/4 mile beach front extending across the A1A to the ICW.

No markings on the Chanel. Searching online has not come up with a match, but the folks selling the "costume jewelery" are getting $200 to $300 per pair.
