would like a map of southern Illinois any suggestions?

would love to have a map of southern IL as far back as i can go .. i am sure i am overlooking it but the eyes are tired so if i have i do apologize
but welcome the suggestions

Hi Sassy: It has been awhile since your post,so, I don't know if you found the map you are looking for,but, I also live in Southern Illinois,, I know of one Old Platt Book of Illinois Counties dated 1907, It shows roads,houses, Peoples names & how many acres of land they own also, the plattbook is drawn by George Ogle, 1907, it is located at John A. Logan College,Library Archives Carbondale IL. on RT.13 east of Carbondale, sometimes the PlattBook is at the SIU College library, I guess they send it back & forth as needed, They won't let anyone handle the book,but,they will photcopy any page you want,
