Yes, all stainless, they build these on request. It's been lightly used once or twice. I just use my larger scoop on land now, so I don't need this one. It is sturdy enough to dabble in the water, drains dry sand ultra fast. Northern IN, south bend area, asking $99 shipped conus. *stainless model costs 30 or 40 more than the standard model that sells for 99 +shipping.
