I picked these up for $5 each at a sale in Central Jersey. They are dirty, the frames are not in great shape, and pictures are faded a bit, but for $5 I couldn't say no. They don't seem very valuable, but they are interesting.

The one of the soldier with the gun is a metal frame. The other one is wood. I broke the eagle off the wooden frame one, but can easily glue back.

I just live the wwi patriotic frames. I have one of my grandfather very similar to it.

Those are both great pickups. The frames alone are really nice.. If you can identify the soldiers then you could make a really nice profit. Have you tried removing the backs to see if there is any identifying information written on the back of the pictures or are they too fragile for that?
