Without measurements my guess is 75mm AP.
What you see on top is just a ballistic cap make the shell fly better, as you might know from the US 75/76mm AP ammo. This is no sign for being inert! What you see on the bottom is the hole for the fuze. So the fuze is missing. There is still a chance for explosives inside!

Wow thats a find right there. Dont drop it.. may be the last mistake you ever make. Personaly I'd get it checked out by someone and DONT keep it in the house.
