Xmas Finds, Buckle Question

I got out for a short hunt between the Xmas morning gathering and the dinner party later in the day.
I found a large heavy buckle and could use some help with ID and its time period. I also found a Remington UMC New Club 16 Ga Shell, a small Silver Cross a wheat cent and a rhinestone pin.
