I found this nice speciman at a yard sale for just $4.00 it measures 7 1/2 inches tall and7 1/4 inch across and about 2 3/4 inch thick.it sure looks great here on my PC desk. it's making me think about getting back into rock hounding again.

nice so are you saying you actually got out of rock hounding? I didn't know that was possible. I thought once you had the bug, you couldn't get rid of it.

Yard sales and garage sales also provide broken silver jewelry one can fix and then add your own stones. Nice piece.
