So, I started CRHing about a year ago. (Some time in mid December of last year I believe). I first got hooked when I found an awesome 1911 liberty head nickel. I lurked on this forum for a while and eventually created an account in March.

Unfortunately (perhaps fortunately), CRHing has been on the back burner while I have been at school (only one semester left!). Although I was able to do a bit in the spring semester, most of my hunting was done during breaks.

Mostly I have been focusing on nickels and cents.
Anyways, here are the totals for 2009 (essentially the entire time period I have been CRHing):

Total pennies searched: 2770 rolls or 138,500 cents
Total nickels searched: 4662 rolls or 186,480 nickels
Total dimes searched: 1740 rolls or 87,000 dimes
Total quarters searched: 200 rolls or 8000 quarters
Total halves searched: 170 rolls or 3400 halves (plus some loose coins)

Pennies:
total wheats: 415
indian: 1 (very worn, can't tell the year)

Nickels:
total pre 60s: >2166
total war nickels: 60

liberty: 2 (both 1911)
shield: 1 (1869)

Dimes:
35 rosies
1 merc (1936)
