Yesterday was amazing, at 60 degrees! (currently 36) Crazy! So I got out a bit and dug some things. A Richard Hudnut compact (empty, dang it :tongue3:) An Imperial pocket knife, 12 & 16 gauge shell, 7 wheaties, 3 CW bullets, cool small brass buckle, clad, a checker came out of a hole, and have know idea what the decorative cylinder thing at the bottom is. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Nice finds TM. I got a Hudnut "rouge tin" last year, it was a lot more ornate than the other ones that I have run across. Mine was also empty, however, prior to opening it, I imagined that perhaps it had a merc or two in it! One of these days, one of those tins IS going to have something in it... I just know it! CW bullets too. Good show. GL&HH!

Very nice finds! The only thing around 60 here is the inches of snow! :BangHead:

You had a great day in that balmy weather. I'm just taking a wild guess here. Could the long round decorated item be perhaps a crop handle?

Thanks! Hmm. Not sure. I posted in "what is it" One said maybe a part of a lamp another said a lantern tube. I may try and really clean it up, cuz it is pretty neat looking.
