Any major score like these w/ 700, 600, or even 50-100 silver coins are the result of someone dumping a collection, which in turn makes it's way back into a box. Since ignorant people are still doing this today, it could happen ON YOUR NEXT BOX! This my friends is why we still hunt!

I'm pretty sure one of em will be mine tomorrow - I am picking up 6 boxes from the bank that gave me 88 & 42 in respective boxes last time I ordered from them. :)

HH all!

Best single dime box was 4 Rosies and 1 Merc. Best half box was 21 40% and the next day I had a 16 40% and a 52' Frankin. Best single roll was a loose one in a tellers window with 2 90% jfk and 8 40%ers.

70+ Bens. 1 Box. Mr. Apush got ahold of that one. It was a beauty. 5 Ben's were top-side and a few on the back-side. That was the old days. 6 boxes we did pick up. Helped pay for our daughters wedding--and dad's--save your silver now--weddings cost $$$$. I hope I got my numbers right as I did not keep stats then. 2 years ago or so. I had 30+ Bens in the same batch. Have not seen those days in a very long while. Still looking for that dream box of 100+.

Not having daughters saves even more money and some sanity.

I had 120 90% and 45 40% from a box a couple years ago...I miss those days too. Not likely to ever see a box like that again in this area. Coinstar rejects the silver and too many searchers. Made the rounds today...one 40%.
