Picked up my last four boxes, at least only one in the bunch this time, I like how this guy didn't slit the sides but actually took the time to reroll the end back down to make it look legit. The role on the left is the one he rerolled down the role on the right is the other end that's Factory crimped.

I have never understood the point of doing that.

I dont understand taking the time to do that.
The last box I got that was a reroll the guy only folded over the open end and they were all facing up so I could see as soon as I opened the not sealed box what it was.

I have never understood the point of doing that.

Some people do this because they do not have a coin machine or bag dump situation set up properly. They found out about "free" silver, panicked, ordered a bunch of boxes , realized it's not a get rich quick thing, and stopped hunting. This is the type of behavior I see around here on occasion. When I first started I re-rolled for the first 6 months. I only searched $1000 worth, and I spread it out around about 8 different banks. I also used different wrappers.

That's not what I meant. See Maverick's original post I replied to and silveraddict's response before your post.

I mean I don't understand the logic behind people who crimp the end down to make it look like the roll hasn't been searched.

I reroll for a bank that just cracks the rolls open and runs them through their coin sorter (which charges a 8% fee for members of said bank). Anything else I put in CWRs or put in Coinstar when I need gift cards.

Mav,
Sorry to hear about the dump boxes but you've had an awesome run though!
I wrap a good bit now but these people using the same wrappers/boxes make it harder on the respectful CRH's who realize that there is a fine line to walk and doing this can easily cost you a pickup/dump bank. Heck I buy them for less than a cent per wrapper and my pick banks give me stacks at no cost. I wrap them up and deposit in $300 increments; nobody bats an eye. Come in with a full $500 rewrapped box or more, they will cut you off quick. I still am able to send off in bags, which is awesome, but this eventually goes back into my supply courier so I try to minimize the impact when possible.
HH!
