Cut crystal with irredecent type glass

Off the top of my head, it looks Bohemian. Is it flashed or cut to clear?

It's very heavy

Are the colored areas the same color? They almost look like two diff. (colors base and neck). Also, the stopper looks awfully big, maybe it's the angle the photo was taken from making it look that way? It looks like a marriage almost versus original. Could just be the photo I guess.

The smooth areas are irredecent. The top fits great an matches perfectly
