Five star rating???

Why are some threads marked with five stars? (look at some of the "sticky" threads above)
There are threads with hundreds of replies that don't have them, and threads with only one reply that does.
Can someone let me know please?

Because no one has rated them yet.....I haven't noticed, but the star rating might be a new option....
