1715 Homestead - Part 4 Old copper and period relics!!

These pics represent my 4th visit to a 1715 homestead. The house consists of a 1715 cape style part, and then during the 1780's a huge colonial was attached to the cape. During this hunt I detected an area in front of the "newer" portion of the house. This area of the property used to have two roads in a Y shape that led to main street. During the 40's or so they decommissioned the road closest to the house and left the more "perpendicular" road leading to main street intact. The old road is lined by 250+ year old trees and based on my finds this day there was a lot of activity and travel in-between the two roads.
