Virginia Belt Plate

At least I'm fairly sure that's what it is, given the solder mark matches a couple others I found on the web. Seems to be an 1860 model. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.

Found at an 1860s farmhouse in VA, with rumor of older construction as well. 4-6" depth. Explorer SE.

Looks like belt Plate 390 in Mullinax book, has little balls on the ribbons and period after Tyrannis. Banner find.
