This small tooled-blob beer bottle was made in Harlem, Manhattan NYC between 1887 and the 1890's. At the time the A. Liebler company was partnered with a fledgling beer company called Yuengling. Yuengling would eventually grow and buy out A. Liebler becoming the mega beer company we all know today.
