sandcast

I've got a couple of Navajo pieces here that I can't seem to identify. One is a sandcast piece with turquoise..Too small and not shaped for a bracelet. Can't be a buckle. Could it be for hair? The other is a silver piece with a notch in it. This one hallmarked with a fancy M. Both test sterling...
