we got out for a while in the evening, the temp was in the low 80s, hot and humid. found 6 or so broken.

I grew up in Columbus and Brown County.

not too far from me. I hunted Bartholmew often back in the 80s. A good friend of mine lived in Monroe and hunted that area for years. Many of his relics can be seen in a few Hothem books.

I had family with farms in both counties so I hunted after plowing in the late 60s and 70s. Found a lot of cool stuff but left it all with my parents when i moved out west and it all disappeared.
