Good day today. Cooled off a little so we went to a spot we know that's got alot of shade. Easy walking so I don't irritate my hip to much. best day we have had in a while.

Good day for anyone. My left hip has been bothering me for a couple of weeks now. Especially when I sleep. I feel your pain

Yep. I developed bursitis in my hip. Got 26 shot in my butt. Not fun but feels much better. I'm just taking it a little easy on it for now.
