Hello friends! :hello:
This morning I could escape for two hours in the nearby fields to work, just wanted to go hunting in an area where last month found much pottery of the 17th century, these fields have given me many surprises (last month I could find a ring and one Medieval buckle) .
finds today :
1_ Obverse of a silver peseta of 1869.
2 - Reverse of silver peseta.
3- one hammered.
4 - findings of all ages.
5 - Front of a Spanish cob. (Reale of King Philip V)
6 - Back of Spanish cob.
7 - Total Spanish coin .

greetings !

yes.... was a surprise to find this cut of Philip V Reale (Cob). normally these coins appear here as whole ,was punishable by death :-[ . I think it's a coin imported from Mexico ::)

Do not understand why Americans call the silver Reale . Spanish cob?
What is your relationship to the cob? :icon_scratch: :dontknow:

Yes...coin clipping here was regarded the same as counterfeiting, and was occasionally punishable by death also :o
