1/13/12: 20 CWR rolls (First Keepers!!)

Good Afternoon,

I picked up 20 CWR rolls from our branch after I cashed my paycheck.

Rolls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7*, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20: SKUNKS!!

Roll 13: 2x 1967's (Fitting as today is Friday the 13th!)

*Roll 7: Odd roll. They're all uncirculated 1776-1976 P's. What should I do with them?

you may throw the "bicentennial " halves into your dump pile - they made a bazillion of them !

I'm going to try and keep track of how many coins I search. I think it'd be fun to see the grand total at the end of the year!

Nice job Tallguybry! I myself just started CRHing about 3 weeks ago. It's been very addicting. My bankroll is much smaller than most on here, but I've been having fun with it. Good luck!

I hope to grow the bankroll and have the ability to purchase more and more boxes at a time (along with CWR's when the opportunity arises!).

nice finds! run away from bicen's as fast as you can!! unless it is the elusive 40% -S- mint mark, most of the time it will just be a cameo -S- if you find it, kept a couple myself toss the rest back now for proofs.

I plan on taking advantage of my two days off early next week and go bank hopping. I have to plan my routes this weekend!

congrats on finding your first keepers. I found about 10-15 solid cwr's of really nice (most probably unc cond.) '76 halves about a month ago. I thought about maybe keeping them but I figured it just wasn't worth it so I just dumped them later that day (I was on my way to my dump bank at the time).

I've just about gone through my first of three half boxes for today and so far not so good - I'm feeling like I might get skunked on all three - maybe Fri the 13th won't be so lucky for me.
