Well the wife and I took a road trip yesterday plus we had to deposit $2000.00 in halves to get my coin roll hunting money.
The trip was really fun as we love to spend time together and it gives us time to talk and she gets to laugh at me when I get all excited in finding silver.
We picked up 3 boxes of halves and got nada from them nothing, it was frustrating to say the least. but on the loose coins rescued from the banks we did pretty good one bank had one roll only and it was a roll of 1965 halves
got to love it.
our results:
34 40%ers 1 proof
1965=20
1967=6
1968=5
1969=3
proof 1992s
total searched yesterday was $1700.00 plus or minus 20.00 bucks.
Total for month and year is 54 90%ers and 115 40%ers=169 silvers (+ 3 proofs)
So now I have to go dump 3 boxes of halves off somewhere this morning and maybe I might be able to get 500 or so in halves if I am really lucky.
