Bought at a pawn shop for $20. First time for silver under spot from a store... Who knows they probably paid $10 for it.

What about a thrift store? ;)

edit: Nice though!

But silver is at $19.77.

Nice round tho i like it

Stash--It will go up.

$19.67 now.. I bought 10 ounces yesterday from Apmex because it was under $20 :) Nice round though!

thats what I heard back in the day.... 20 years later it has only inched up while gold.....

I think Silver has gone up pretty nicley in the last 10 years....There really hasnt been any difference in the gold and silver percentage rise as of today.

2004 Gold was in 400s..its now tripled to the 1200s

2004 Silver was in teh 6-6.50 range...Now its around 19-20..which is pretty much tripled ..

IMO...Silver is the best bet. Because if you look at where Gold is now (1200s) its never been up to the 2400 mark. Where as Silver is now 20...and it HAS more than doubled that.

Exactly! Agree 100%.

My coin shop lady says she has been seeing a big flux in fake bullion in the last year, she said some of the fakes are incredibly well done and few even fooled her. Makes me weary to buy them at pawn shops or something unless unless at a super discounted price. But then again I probably couldn't spot a fake bullion round or ingot unless it looked like it was made by a 2nd grader.
