1 painting and 1 print I need help identifying, please

Hello, I have 2 pieces that I need help with, one is a painting and I am unable to read the artist name and the other is an old print that I would like to know the name of..

This first 3 photos are of the painting I found in a thrift store the other day, and fell in love with it, but the name is hard to read, my ideas on what it says is Stan, Sten, Ston. But I have found nothing under these names. I have ran it through Google reverse image and nothing. So the artist could be an unknown artist.

The other 2 photos is of a print, I'm not sure the year, but the frame it came in is from the 1870-1900 I know this bc I found a label on the back of the frame with the makers name and when I searched them up the owner made frames in the 1870 until his death at 73 in 1903. Included a picture of the frame.

Any help would be appreciated.
