Today St. Clair Fossils are Known World Wide.
Eagle Hill Colliery was in the St. Clair area .
As Stated Here the owners of most of the Coal Beds
have Banned Fossil Hunting, I believe Due to the Prices & Notoriety they Bring.

When applying for a Access Permit to their Lands,
They got Irate & said under no Uncertain Terms to "No to Fossil Hunting !!!!".
