10% surcharge!

I went to a different bank to dump my 134.00 in half's and they had a coin machine in the lobby. I dumped in my coins and hit the start button. Then I read a curled up piece of paper taped to the top edge of the machine: If you are not a C.U. member, we will charge you 10% of the total coins processed. My jaw hit the ground and thought that would be 13.40 that they would be taking!!! But then I remembered that I had an account their.

Anyone ever see that high of a percentage?

Yes, one of the CU's I belong to charges 10% for non-members.
