Not a bad nickel bag. Found 5 of these (1999x2, 2004, 2007 & 2010) my 10th country now:
including this one with what may have been a die chip on the "9"
Also found a '44D
And while looking for the speared one, found this and noticed the leg...

Thought it isn't fully "detached" and doesn't have the "blemish" behind the front leg so not 100% sure, input appreciated!
