I don't usually hunt on Thursdays, but my normal hunting day (Monday) got jammed full of errands. That's the way the holidays go though. I wasn't complaining, any day at the beach is a good day. Mid 70's, a little windy and a negative tide were on the menu for the day. I worked the wet sand with a little dry sand thrown in from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Targets were few and far between. First few targets were pulltabs, then after about an hour, I found my first coin (penny). 2nd penny was a few inches away. Not too much after that. I did manage a small silver ring at about 4 inches.

Beautiful day
