14K lapel pin symbol/hallmark help?

I'm not sure on multiple post rules. I had posted in What is It, but no one had any info so I decided to try one other post. Sorry that the images come up rotated for some reason.

Picked up this 14K lapel pin at a sale for $1. 3.2g. I can't find the hallmark anywhere - it looks like a torch with a W inside. The symbol on the front is pretty cryptic. It looks like a men's room symbol with a spotlight? Anyone familiar with either?
