16 or 62 whats the difference.

Well, I'll be 63 years old in a few weeks. Got me to thinking about my youth.
When I was 15 & a half, it was VERY importain that everyone knew I was
almost 16. Same with 18 & 21 years of age.
Now, I'm proud to have reached the 'golden years' Ha,Ha,. And can't wait
to be considered a senior citizen.
So, I'm back to counting by the half years again.

I couldn't wait until I turned 55 so I could join the AARP golden ray. Next challenge was getting those Senior Citizen Discounts. Unfortunately, every time I thought I qualified at some places they kept raising the definition from 55 to 56 to 57 to 58 to 58... Well, I am now 67 and moved from Senior Citizen to very very old fart!
