1661 clipped Potosi 1 real

Not much to work with but thats my best guess. The upward facing waves as well as the probable P would make it Potosi The assayer initial would have to be E. Kinda looks like one. Weighs 2 grams. Pretty sure all the 1700s cobs had a 7 before the last two years of the date. Dont see a 7. Looks a lot like a 61 on the cross side as well. Somebody tell me its definately 1600s. LOL
