Had a great 2 day hunt after a 3" rain. All early items. nice complete buckle with iron pin intact. Parts move. Found in peat-moss only maybe 3 inches down. Thought it was going to be trash by the signal. Pulled it out just with my hand. That's was crazy. Three big Dandy buttons. I think the shanks came off these things pretty easily. Hence the holes for thread. Found a King George 2nd Conn. state copper. Date side pretty worn. Also in the same hole was this brass ring. No markings but helps give me an idea of it's age. Then a clipped New Jersey state copper. No date. The item last looked to be trash at first. But now think it might be copper arrow head made from a spoon bowl? Found deep next to a small pond.

Great finds neighbor! If this is the Bill who inspected my electrical a few years ago, PM me.... Jeff

Yes, I never took a real close look at the green stone . What looks like damage is actually a side portrait of a woman head. Must be a woman's ring. Fits my wife, certainly not me. So a wax seal ring it is. Thanks Shakakka!!!

Nice!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

Your ring looks alot like a Fur Trade era ring...........Nice finds!!
