I had my doubts about the obverse, but actually came out pretty good. There is still some corrosion but it is so hard I cannot get it off without taking some of the surface with it. :'( I was happy how this copper came from the ground ;D. Struck well and on a nice planchet. Pics before cleaning are in previous post. Enjoy! Hogge

I'd love to see it up top too guys. But ALOT of votes have to come in for this one.

I have 1940s pennies that are barely readable, I REALLY wish a few of our coppers would pop out like that, just an awesome looking coin! :icon_thumright:
