Hello SE Michigan here.
Found this 2 reale today at the park. Managed to ding it, I doubt if I dinged
It was under a big root about 5 inches down and.....
Looked it up and this is what I came up with, it's a 2 reale, minted in MexicoCity
I'm thinking this was someones keep sake and dropped within the last 5 or 6
Well I think its a cool find, 219 years old, too bad about the dings.

more than 6 silvers this year, but I got this one w/ out even trying

Looked it up and this is what I came up with, it's a 2 reale, minted in MexicoCity
the dude on the obverse is Charles the 3rd(spanish dude), they had
trouble w/ supplying new dies for Charles the IV, so they used the old
dudes portrait and just added a roman numeral I to the III. Later coins
have the IV.I'm thinking this was someones keep sake and dropped within the last 5 or 6
decades.Well I think its a cool find, 219 years old, too bad about the dings.
