Good morning, I had quite the hunt yesterday afternoon! The first find of the day was the 1797 large cent, followed by the 1866 Indian head penny, at which point I was already thrilled. Finding the standing Liberty quarter on my way out was the icing on the cake!

The large cent is pitted, but the date is clearly visible, and the detail is good overall. I’m definitely going back to this spot!

Awesome finds! Congrats

Now that's what you call a good day - well done !

Thats what I call a great day Ive found 1 SLQ still waiting on a LC I would love to have a piece of that Cake lol

Too funny, you and I are posting at the exact same time. Can't wait to get back up there.

Pretty thrilling to dig up a large cent and see the 17 instead of the 18. And then a semi-key 1866 IH and an SLQ to boot. Great day! :occasion14:

I had completely forgotten that the 1866 was a better date Indian head, thanks for the reminder!

Looks like you hit the trifecta! It doesn't get much better than that...Congrats!
