1800's Italian coin found in SW PA.

It's a Vittorio Emanuele II coin from Italy. I think its either a 1866 M (which is their mint mark over there) or a 1862 M 10 Centesimi. Condition not so good as you can see, so bad that i couldn't get a good enough picture of the the back of the coin to post it. It's weird because the coin is concave like someone took a punch and hammer to the back to devalue it or something???? i don't know. I think its cool. My first Italian coin.
