Went back in the woods today to dig up what I thought was a early trash pit. The ground is just to hard, broke another shovel. I borrowed my moms f70 because it has a small coil to stick between the briars. Dug the 1817 LC several feet from where I dug the KG last week. Got a couple buttons in all the brush one being pewter with a design on the front but can't make it out. Went to another site in a field to end the day and about got blown away felt like a hurricane lol wish I had head phones I could barely hear the detector. I did get a few more buttons and piece of a buckle.
