1818 Coronet Large Cent, slabbed by PCI, gold sticker by PCGS

I have an 1818 Coronet Large Cent which has been slabbed and graded by PCI as VG10. On the reverse, just below PCI's logo, is a gold strip stating:
"PCGS
4:03 $25"

I have 4 questions:
1) Can anyone tell me what that PCGS gold strip means?
2) Is this a coin that was also submitted to PCGS?
3) Did PCGS put the gold tag on it?
4) Does this mean PCGS agreed with the grade?

Getting ready to offer this on Ebay, and need answers soon. Any help appreciated.

what's the big secret that you can't show the coin?

No secret. But the coin doesn't have anything to do with the questions asked, either.

The sticker looks like a dealer price tag of what pcgs has for that grade or something.

Nothing else on the slab. Here's another photo of the entire front of the slab, but doesn't show the coin well at all.

The sticker most certainly wasn't placed on the slab by PCGS, and it is a dealer's or collector's sticker. It appears the value is what it would be worth in a PCGS holder in the same grade, as already pointed out. The 4:03 could be the date, the value sticker was placed on the coin, or a personal code for something else.

Thanks all! Will probably take the PCGS sticker off before offering for sale.

Consensus was that the PCGS sticker had nothing to do with the grade of the coin. Will probably remove it and take new photos.

As others have said, definitely not done by PCGS. You do have one of the older green label PCI slabs, from a time when they were considered better graders. People tend to prefer them over the later gold labels. But of course, buy the coin, not the plastic (unless it's an NGC black slab, haha).
