1820s-1840s Scovills button and other artifacts

The button says on the back Scovills Extra Superfine. I found the button. My dad found the brass buckle. Any info or date on it would be appreciated. The spoon is silver and I found it. The "scrappy" piece my dad found and it is a late 1800s stencil made in Baltimore by P. Mulinari on E. Lombard St.
