Wow- big wow for me!! I couldn't believe I found 2 silvers right next to each other and just so many more goodies.
Still on our own property, I moved over towards the middle of what I thought were the fields where they planted their crops. I guess I stumbled onto an old dumping area.
First I found the "Pontiac Chief of the Sixes" token, then the "For President Alton B Parker", then some more trash. Moved over a little and found the little brass ring with 3 red stones and the 1903 Indian Head (I think) with the hole in the center.
Geez... At this point, I had a crater in the field, and all these little goodies in my bag. I thought I should run the MD over the mound and got a strong 81 on the AT Pro. And there were the 2 silvers. My OLDEST coin yet!! 1830 Capped Bust Half Dime and then the 1901 Barber Dime. Not in the best or shape, but with the 30x mag, I can see the date. I'm overwhelmed!!!
