Wow- big wow for me!! I couldn't believe I found 2 silvers right next to each other and just so many more goodies.
Still on our own property, I moved over towards the middle of what I thought were the fields where they planted their crops. I guess I stumbled onto an old dumping area.

First I found the "Pontiac Chief of the Sixes" token, then the "For President Alton B Parker", then some more trash. Moved over a little and found the little brass ring with 3 red stones and the 1903 Indian Head (I think) with the hole in the center.
Geez... At this point, I had a crater in the field, and all these little goodies in my bag. I thought I should run the MD over the mound and got a strong 81 on the AT Pro. And there were the 2 silvers. My OLDEST coin yet!! 1830 Capped Bust Half Dime and then the 1901 Barber Dime. Not in the best or shape, but with the 30x mag, I can see the date. I'm overwhelmed!!!

Wish my yard would start paying off like that...lol.

Great finds. You got one of my bucket list items with that capped bust. Love the Parker for president fob. He lost that election to Teddy Roosevelt in 1904. I actually found a Parker Davis fob myself. Congrats on a great hunt.

We've got 82 acres that were part of the land lot of 1812. I get a little crazy sometimes trying to figure out where to hunt. I've just been trying to stay around what I think was the oldest home site. It's crazy the stuff I've been pulling out.

Nice find, that half dime was definitely in a fire could have been a dump that they burned or there could have been a structure there that burned. Nice save I have been hunting a long time and never found one

Any half dime is a good find, not many get posted.
I got a well worn capped bust, and feel lucky to have found one.

Very nice finds congrats. GL&HH.

Great Finds My fellow Georgian .

I found an 1830 CB Half Dime A few months Ago.
They are pretty hard to find here in Ga. IMO.
Nice Barber & other Relics as well.

With all that land to hunt your bound to find some more Goodies.
Good Luck

Davers

Nice pay off. I'd be happy to find any silver coin from this century... :/

Any capped bust coin is on the top of my wish list, Congrats!

Thanks to all of you for the comments. I had a chance to go back out tonight for an hour or so and dug an aluminum Spiegels token, couple of brass buckles and found an unbroken half pint milk bottle about 8" down. I'm cleaning them all up now.
I'm so excited about the silvers, I want more!

Having all that old land that your family owns is like a MD'ers personal theme park. Congrats!

Hey don't tease us I would love to see those brass knuckles and the bottle for that matter

Nice digs . Thanks for the pics
