1848 Roller Map of Conn./Any value in this condition?/Worth restoration??

Hello everybody...i have this map&want to get rid of it and was wondering if its worth anything in this condition& if not is it worth getting restored(if possible)then trying?...approx.29in.across&26 top/bottom,appears to have water damage(found in old PA. barn)cloth backed,cracks and bumps,areas MISSING,etc.Any help/info.will be greatly appreciated,THANKS ALL for looking!,OH Ya, BROWN&PARSONS was publisher...

I guess it depends if you want to hang on to it.
I would hope a library, university and historic society would be able to help with the value or restoration tips.
You could alway donate it to them if you don't want it laying around.

A donation has been a thought...but $$$ would be nice also,i do ENJOY pleasing&making people HAPPY!,so the donation thing sounds good!Thanks for input!
