Asked permission and went to a new site today. I'll start by saying that dogs make detecting exponentially harder. This place had two German shepherds and the black one looked and acted more like a wolf. Hair standing up on its back and teeth showing. Every time I went towards the house this thing would give the death bark and froth at the mouth. The owner put her away but images of barbers and seateds dancing in my head were never realized. Does anyone have spots that produce silver coins most often? (those keep me excited in this hobby)
Nonetheless I enjoy relics to a point and found a thimble ( marked "sweet rose flour" promotional aluminum piece. Wishing it was silver) a 1933 Ford token, a very old rifle casing ( any info appreciated), what I think is part of a horse bridle and a massage rolling cream lid. I just thought that my initial cherry picking hunt at a house built in 1850 would yield more that a 1910 wheatie. Upside is that is my oldest wheatie to date
Then went to a park and found a handful of clad and 20 bucks! Surface find. Thanks for checking my finds out
